With their unique business model and extensive experience, Inperium sets the standard by which all other nonprofits measure their business development performance.”

-Kevin Fee President, Angler West Consultants

“Inperium’s leadership has consistently demonstrated a genuine interest and appreciation for the services we provide. The positive, professional relationship with Inperium has been a constant. It was present through the initial affiliation process, and now, more than five years post affiliation, the relationship remains very positive and professional.”

-Dr. Vincent LaSorsa, CEO, The Children’s Home of Reading

“The affiliation with Inperium offered us the opportunity to work with some of the top executives in our industry. Their insight and shared resources increased our ability to grow both in quality, scope and size. My personal experience with Inperium is defined by the expertise, the tools and the support from Ryan Smith and other top executives at Inperium and their affiliates.“

Frequently asked questions
Q. Will my leadership team change if we partner with Inperium?

A. No, the staff and leadership of your organization will remain in place. Your board stays intact, and members who wish to continue serving on your board are welcome to do so within their current roles. This is memorialized during the definitive agreement stage of the partnership timeline.

Q. Will my board still be responsible for key operational decisions in my organization?

A. Yes. Depending on your partnership structure, unless you have a specific concern or have opted for greater Inperium board involvement, your board will continue to make any pivotal operations decisions. During the partnership process, your executive and leadership teams can decide what decisions they want to retain standing over, for how long, and under what arrangements.

Q. What are some examples of typical decisions where Inperium’s board is involved?

A. If necessary, the Inperium board can partner with directors from your board to assist in assigning other board members, making amendments to your bylaws, or committing to a long-term line of credit. These areas of involvement are all prescribed when the partnership is formed in the definitive agreement.

Q. What issues or conflicts have you experienced between agencies in your organization, and how have you handled these issues?

A. We have had overwhelmingly positive experiences since each organization has minimal to no culture change. When you become an Inperium partner, the systems and services behind the scenes may change, but the overall operating process and culture will remain true to your DNA. This minimizes friction and conflict and allows you to become a truer version of who you already are.

Q. How will becoming an Inperium partner impact our service quality and employees?

A. Members of our network can focus more on the quality of their services and offer greater stability to their employees. When you spend less time worrying about finances, staffing challenges, and growth plans, you’re freed up to grow sustainably over time. Your organization is less fragile, more future-proofed, and your staff can feel more secure in your organization.
