Ryan Kraus

Ryan Kraus is a seasoned leader and trusted advisor with nearly 25 years of experience guiding middle-market organizations across both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. His expertise in strategic, operational, and financial management has been instrumental in driving Inperium’s impressive growth. Over his career, Ryan has held senior leadership roles—including President, COO, and CFO—at mid-market and investor-backed companies in industries such as contracting, health tech, workforce management, and human services. He began his career in the assurance divisions of BDO and KPMG, building a strong foundation in serving both privately held and publicly traded companies.

Ryan joined Inperium in February 2017 as Senior Vice President following its affiliation with Edison Court, Inc., where he served as CFO and COO. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in the due diligence and integration of affiliates within the child welfare and substance abuse sectors. He also spearheaded the implementation of a network-wide strategic planning process, aligning organizational initiatives with long-term goals.

A key architect of Inperium’s expansion, Ryan supports the CEO, Board, and Executive Team in shaping and executing long-term strategy. He leads the due diligence and integration teams, overseeing M&A activities and operational performance management across the network. Additionally, he manages Apis, the back-office provider for the network, and has personally evaluated, valued, and conducted due diligence on hundreds of potential acquisitions.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University and is a CPA (inactive). He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s OPM Executive Program, a prestigious three-year curriculum focused on innovation, strategy, corporate finance, and negotiation for middle-market executives.
