Merger & Acquisition

Most organizations that join the Inperium constellation do so through affiliation. In certain situations, however, a merger or acquisition may be the right path. In these cases, either Inperium or an existing affiliate may serve as the acquirer. As with all Inperium engagements, the process is deliberative, transparent, and collaborative, focused on arriving at the structure that best serves the mission and long-term stability of all involved.

Mergers and acquisitions are typically appropriate for organizations seeking significant structural change, including the consolidation of services, governance, or operations with another organization. Transition Services Agreement

We meet organizations where they are. In certain situations, that means providing immediate, targeted support to stabilize operations while a longer-term relationship structure is evaluated and designed.

A Transition Services Agreement (TSA) allows Inperium and Apis Services to deliver core infrastructure and financial support during periods of instability. The goal is to strengthen core systems, address near-term risk, and create the foundation for long-term sustainability while working collaboratively toward the appropriate next structure.

TSAs are most often used with larger, more complex, or multi-state health and human services providers that require short-term stabilization as they transition toward another form of engagement with Inperium. That said, the flexibility of our model means a TSA can be an option in other circumstances too.
