Continuing growth through connection

Three years after joining the constellation, Supportive Concepts for Families grew further by welcoming a fellow Inperium affiliate, Our Own Home, into the organization through a collaborative merger. Watch to learn how this process enabled greater growth and expanded offerings, improved service quality, and drove powerful community impact through cost-effective administrative consolidation and back office efficiencies.

Process and steps

1
Access to Capital for Expansion

SCFF faced growing demand for its services, making it crucial to secure funding to sustain and expand its mission. Through Inperium, SCFF gained the financial backing to meet this demand, bringing its services to new communities.

2
Cost Savings through Affiliation

SCFF joined Inperium as its first sole member, benefiting from shared resources and systems, which freed up funds to support direct services rather than overhead.

3
Increased Revenue and Growth

By joining forces with Inperium, SCFF was able to boost its revenue while controlling costs, paving the way for steady, sustainable growth.

4
Expanding Reach and Services

Since 2016, SCFF has grown rapidly, opening new homes and service locations across Pennsylvania. The organization has also expanded its support offerings, reaching more individuals and building deeper roots within the community.
