Theo Rallis

Theo Rallis serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Inperium, bringing over two decades of executive financial leadership within the acute healthcare sector. In this role, Mr. Rallis oversees all financial aspects of the organization, including financial and KPI reporting, accounting, auditing, internal controls, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. His expertise is central to guiding Inperium’s financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence.

Prior to joining Inperium, Mr. Rallis spent over 18 years with NorthBay Health,  a prominent Northern California healthcare system, where he held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Treasurer. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving financial performance and implementing systems that promote transparency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Mr. Rallis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis from California State University and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare from Ohio University.

Recognized for his results-driven leadership and deep industry knowledge, Mr. Rallis is a key member of the Inperium Executive Team, dedicated to aligning the company’s financial strategy with its mission and long-term goals.
