Gerald Archibald will be stepping down from his role.
Inperium would like to formally announce that Gerald Archibald, who has served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Audit Committee Chair, will be stepping down from his role. Mr. Archibald has been a dedicated member of Inperium for several years, initially serving as the Audit Committee Chair, before stepping into the Acting CFO position. In this capacity, he has played an integral role in coordinating with RSM for the earliest-ever consolidated audit report issuance. He also contributed significantly to the feasibility study with Veralon and the stub period audit for the successful Bond Financing that was achieved at the end of calendar 2024. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Arch for his unwavering commitment, leadership, and valuable contributions over the years. His efforts were pivotal in ensuring that all financial deliverables for 2024 were met and executed seamlessly. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue working with Mr. Archibald as an independent consultant. He will assist with the transition of our new CFO, serve as an advisor to the Audit Committee, and provide support for any additional development efforts as needed. We thank Arch for his dedication and look forward to our continued partnership.
