Transition Services Agreement
We meet organizations where they are. In certain situations, that means providing immediate, targeted support to stabilize operations while a longer-term relationship structure is evaluated and designed.
A Transition Services Agreement (TSA) allows Inperium and Apis Services to deliver core infrastructure and financial support during periods of instability. The goal is to strengthen core systems, address near-term risk, and create the foundation for long-term sustainability while working collaboratively toward the appropriate next structure.
TSAs are most often used with larger, more complex, or multi-state health and human services providers that require short-term stabilization as they transition toward another form of engagement with Inperium. That said, the flexibility of our model means a TSA can be an option in other circumstances too.
