Reading Specialists Educational Association provides dedicated professional experience in the design and implementation of programs that will address the needs of children and adolescents who have been both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence and sexual abuse, and have been placed in the foster care system. Since 2021, it is now part of CHOR.
