We Acquired Youth Services Agency
Inperium Inc., which in 2015 became the nation’s first not-for-profit human services organization to sponsor an employee stock ownership program, has entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Youth Services Agency (“YSA”). Terms of the acquisition agreement were not disclosed. This transaction with Inperium will enable YSA to extend its services both clinically and geographically.
Inperium Chief Executive Ryan Smith commented regarding this transaction: “Inperium is continuing to expand its service offerings to include more additional services and opportunities for children and youth in Pennsylvania. Our expectation is that two additional transactions will close prior to November 30th that will further bolster Inperium’s expanding child and adolescent division.”
