FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Inperium, Inc. and Children and Family Services, Corp. (“CFS Corp”), a nonprofit provider committed to improving the quality of life for disenfranchised communities through prevention-driven education, advocacy and assistance, have agreed to affiliate. The affiliation is Inperium’s first in Indiana which becomes the twentieth state in which Inperium now operates.

Mollie Ewing, Chief Executive Officer and President of CFS, commented, "Since 1981, CFS Corp. has been a vital support system for vulnerable Indiana families. Since our Vincennes campus closed in 2022, finding a partner to provide both capital and infrastructure was critical to our future viability. Our strategic affiliation with Inperium now enables us to continue the pursuit of our founding mission. Becoming part of Inperium’s nationwide network of Human Services companies will allow us to scale our evidence-based programs focused on improving adolescent mental health, provide high quality SUD treatment, and responsive services to survivors of violence, throughout the region. We are excited to join the Inperium family of services. At the same time, we would like to thank the institutional bondholders that worked collaboratively with us to close on this affiliation with Inperium. For about two years we worked to restructure our debt or find affiliate partners to assist us. Our bondholders worked with us collaboratively to ensure these critical services remain in our Indiana community.”

The head of one of the high-yield municipal groups that had a proprietary investment with CFS remarked, “We are pleased that CFS will be able to continue to provide these vital programs to underserved families in Indiana going forward.”

Inperium affiliate Abraxas YFS will partner with CFS to resurrect their Vincennes campus to provide high-quality and life-altering behavioral healthcare to children and families referred through the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Jay Deppeler, Inperium Chief Development Officer, noted, “Leveraging the strengths of the Inperium network across states and across affiliates is one of the profound benefits to local communities derived from the complex Inperium network of businesses. We are excited to contribute positively to the children and families of Indiana that are entrusted to our care through this unique and exciting partnership.”
