Introducing Ocellus Tech, LLC.

As of May 1, 2020, Inperium, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Mercadien Technologies, a member of The Mercadien Group family of companies which provides IT and cybersecurity related supports & services, and merge this organization into a subsidiary organization of Apis Services, Inc. Additionally, as of May 1, 2020, Mercadien Technologies has been rebranded as Ocellus Tech, LLC.
