Introducing Advancing Opportunities, Inc.

As of March 6, 2020 , Advancing Opportunities, Inc., an organization committed to providing services
and supports to people with disabilities and their families in New Jersey, has entered into a definitive
affiliation agreement with Inperium of New Jersey, Inc.

Inperium Founding President and Chief Executive Officer, Ryan Smith, commented regarding this
affiliation: “ The affiliation of Advancing Opportunities is the 4th transaction to close in New Jersey for
Inperium; the developmental disabilities services and assistive technologies offerings will align well
within the Constellation and were strategic additions for Inperium of New Jersey, Inc. as it continues
to identify new opportunities to diversify its locations and services platforms.”
