Inperium, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Elise Tretola
Inperium, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Elise Tretola as Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer, effective December 16, 2024. In her role, Ms. Tretola will oversee the management and operations of all Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health services within the Inperium Network. She will ensure the adherence to regulatory expectations, the delivery of quality services, and the achievement of performance outcomes to foster the organization’s long-term sustainability and growth.
With over 25 years of experience advocating for individuals with special needs, Ms. Tretola brings a wealth of knowledge to Inperium. In 1999 she founded Allies, Inc., a nonprofit organization created to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in various aspects of service delivery, including housing development, residential and employment services, the creation of social enterprises, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, community outreach, and financial literacy programs.
Ms. Tretola most recently led the restructuring of the IDD Division at Merakey, which spans over six states. The focus of the restructure was to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery, facilitate the closure of an Intermediate Care Facility, integrate the newest Merakey Affiliate into the Merakey IDD Division, and prepare the organization for a system redesign in PA. Her extensive experience in program development, strategic growth, and community-based initiatives will be invaluable assets to the Inperium Family of Services.
