Affiliation with Reading Specialists Educational Association

Inperium Inc., which in 2015 became the nation’s first not-for-profit human services organization to sponsor an employee stock ownership program, has entered into a definitive affiliation agreement with Reading Specialists Educational Association (“RSEA”). Terms of the affiliation agreement were not disclosed. This transaction with Inperium will enable RSEA to extend its services both clinically and geographically.

Inperium Chief Executive Ryan Smith commented regarding this transaction: “Inperium is continuing to expand its service offerings to include more additional services and opportunities for children and youth in the PA.”

Dr. Robert Gill added “at this time, Dr. Kraus of SafeGuards Foster Care and I are happy to announce that we have aligned with Inperium in their quest to provide a quality of continuum of treatment care within their growing services network.”
