Acquired New Jersey Addictions Affiliate

Inperium Inc., which in 2015 became the nation’s first not-for-profit human services organization to sponsor an employee stock ownership program, has entered into a definitive affiliation agreement with New Horizons Treatment Services, Inc. (“NHTS”), a Trenton, NJ based provider of substance abuse treatment and related services. Terms of the affiliation agreement were not disclosed but included NHTS establishing Inperium as the sole member of NHTS.

This affiliation was the second executed by Inperium this year – each introduced by Angler West – and will increase Inperium’s consolidated revenues to more than $100 million. Inperium Chief Executive, Ryan D. Smith, commented regarding the affiliation: “This transaction marks Inperium’s entry into New Jersey. Our strategic plan contemplates additional transactions in New Jersey and elsewhere in future periods, with several deals expected to close this quarter”.
