ESOP Conference February 2017

While taking a break from the National Center for Employee Ownership’s ESOP Conference, Ryan Smith and Rich Hunt visited Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, highest point 2700 ft. above sea level.

The ESOP Conference was held on February 15 & 16, 2017 and featured various presentations from the top experts and leaders from successful employee-owned companies. Ryan and Rich attended seminars related to plan design and operation, ESOP transaction structures, and valuation and financing. Inperium’s subsidiary, Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. became the first not-for-profit corporation to establish and ESOP in 2015.
