THEO RALLIS APPOINTED SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Theo Rallis as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Rallis brings over 20 years of executive financial experience within the acute healthcare sector and will play a key role in overseeing the financial health and operations of the company.

In his new role, Mr. Rallis will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the business, including financial and KPI reporting, auditing, internal controls, annual budgets, revenue cycle management, and both short- and long-term financial planning. His expertise will be crucial in driving financial strategy and optimizing the company’s performance.

Mr. Rallis has a proven track record of success, having spent nearly 18 years with a leading Northern California healthcare system, where he held various financial positions, most recently serving as Treasurer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting option from California State University, East Bay and an MBA with a healthcare concentration from Ohio University.

Mr. Rallis’ dedication to optimizing financial performance and his results-driven leadership style make him an ideal addition to the Inperium Executive Team. He will play an instrumental role in ensuring the company’s financial strategies align with its mission and goals.
