Inperium Welcomes Michael Strazzella as Chief Governmental Relations Officer

Inperium today announced the appointment of Michael Strazzella as Chief Governmental Relations Officer.

Strazzella brings more than three decades of experience in government relations, public policy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of government, healthcare, and human services, helping organizations navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments while advancing initiatives that strengthen services for vulnerable populations and the communities they serve.

As Chief Governmental Relations Officer, Strazzella will lead Inperium's governmental relations strategy, strengthening engagement with state and local policymakers while advancing advocacy efforts that support the organization's mission and long-term growth. He will work closely with leadership across Inperium's constellation of affiliated organizations to monitor legislative and regulatory developments, identify emerging opportunities and challenges, and help shape public policy discussions affecting the human services sector.

Prior to joining Inperium, Strazzella held numerous senior leadership positions in government affairs and public policy, including serving as Co-Head of the Washington Office and Group Practice Leader for Government Relations at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. Throughout his career, he has advised organizations on legislative strategy, regulatory affairs, coalition building, and stakeholder engagement at both the national and state levels.
