Inperium Appoints Dr. Seth Rubin as Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Seth Rubin, MD, MSCP, has been appointed Chief Medical Officer of Inperium, Inc., effective August 24, 2026.
Dr. Rubin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in clinical operations, quality improvement and medical education. He has led multidisciplinary care teams in health systems, large-group medical practices, and community practice settings. Additionally, he has taught and mentored providers, residents, and medical students.
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Rubin will provide enterprise-wide clinical leadership, helping to strengthen the integration of medical oversight and operational excellence across Inperium’s affiliated organizations. His role will encompass oversight of patient care, clinical strategy, multidisciplinary collaboration and quality improvement. He will provide clinical support based on Inperium affiliates’ needs. He will play an integral role in establishing and maintaining consistent, safe, evidence-based, and person-centered clinical practices while supporting continuity of care, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and Inperium's broader commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved populations.
Prior to joining Inperium, Dr. Rubin served in clinical leadership and educational roles with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and Main Line Health in the Philadelphia region. His experience includes leading clinical operations initiatives in value-based care, quality improvement, patient safety, patient experience, care management, and provider engagement. He has authored book chapters and delivered presentations on topics including continuous quality improvement, integration of mental healthcare into primary care settings, multidisciplinary provider collaboration, and provider engagement.

Dr. Rubin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, with a minor in Law, Medicine, and Health Policy, from Brandeis University, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he graduated with distinction in Excellence in Collaborative Learning. He completed his primary care training at the UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency Program in Pittsburgh, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Rubin also holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and a Certificate in Clinical Research from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
