Inperium Closes its Second Tax-Exempt Bond Offering

Inperium, Inc. and its affiliates (“Inperium”), together comprising one of the nation’s fastest-growing nonprofit human services network, closed its second tax-exempt bond offering on July 1, 2026. Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, served as sole underwriter on the bonds, which the underwriter received over $2Billion in orders.

The $114,550,000 of bond proceeds support Inperium’s affiliation of three nonprofit, federally tax-exempt human services providers—KidsPeace, Children & Family Services Corporation (“CFS Corp.”), and Crystal Lake Supportive Environments Inc. DBA Attain, Inc.—as well as the refinancing of existing debt, and investments in information technology systems and enterprise software designed to benefit Inperium’s affiliates and advance their missions.

“We are fortunate to have strong financial partners and investors who understand the Inperium model, believe in our mission, and recognize the strength of our growing network,” said Ryan Dewey Smith, Executive Chairman and CEO of Inperium. “The significant demand for this offering—following an 11-times oversubscribed offering in 2024—reinforces confidence in our model and gives us access to meaningful, efficient capital that allows us to continue investing in our affiliates, supporting their missions, and positioning them for long-term sustainability and growth.”
