Shannon Durbin currently serves as Executive Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Health services for Inperium.

Ms. Durbin is an accomplished health and human services leader with over 15 years of diverse experience in executive leadership and healthcare with a focus in operations, quality, and project management. Ms. Durbin has a proven track record in strategic planning, risk management, and due diligence for merger and acquisitions. Most recently, Ms. Durbin served as President of one of the largest intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health providers in Tennessee. She oversaw program operations, development, quality, and human resources not only in Tennessee but also in western North Carolina. Currently, Ms. Durbin is a CARF Accreditation Surveyor for employment and community services as well as behavioral health services. She has spent the last ten years surveying organizations across the United States, Canada, and Ireland. In addition, Ms. Durbin has held various roles on boards including the Tennessee START Assessment & Stabilization Team Advisory Council, Tennessee Community Organizations Board of Directors and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee Behavioral Health Advisory Board. Ms. Durbin received her MBA from Union University and her BS in Business Administration from University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
