Inperium Announces New York Affiliation with KidsPeace Entities to Strengthen Behavioral Health Services
NEW YORK, NY (May 4, 2026) — Inperium, Inc., a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports mission-driven human services providers, today announced its affiliation with KidsPeace, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. The affiliation includes two New York-based KidsPeace entities.
Through this affiliation, KidsPeace becomes part of the Inperium constellation, gaining access to enterprise-level infrastructure, shared services, operational scale, and financial resources. The affiliation is designed to strengthen long-term sustainability while preserving each organization’s mission, identity, leadership, and focus on the children and families they serve.
KidsPeace has a long history of providing behavioral and mental health services across multiple states, including New York, through a continuum of care that includes residential treatment, education, foster care, and community-based programs.
“This affiliation is focused on strengthening the long-term stability of services for children and families across New York,” said Ryan Dewey Smith, Founding Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Inperium. “KidsPeace has built a strong and trusted presence in these communities. Our role is to reinforce that foundation with the infrastructure, capital, and operational support needed to navigate complexity and continue delivering care at a high level.”
