Process and steps

1
Foresight on Industry Changes

SJBHR saw the evolving health & human services landscape and determined their organization should shift in response.

2
Acting on Immediate Opportunities

Outdated vehicles and tech hardware put reliable, productive administration at risk. Inperium tackled these proactively, preventing issues before they arose.

3
Integration of New Tech Stack

Enterprise-grade finance, EMR, and HR technology streamlined management efficiency and improved accuracy of essential operational functions.

4
Ongoing Organizational Growth

Revenue, operational surplus, and community impact have all grown since SJBHR affiliated with Inperium.

Results

SJBHR’s financial position had been solid for a few years before affiliating with Inperium, but the organization’s impressive growth since 2018 proves the value of proactive planning in a changing economic landscape.

By 2025, SJBHR grew its revenue by nearly $4m since affiliation seven years earlier. Inperium also helped SJBHR grow its operational surplus by 600% as compared to 2018.

The decrease in SJBHR’s general and administrative spending has helped the organization provide more holistic and innovative programs to more New Jersey residents, and they are poised to continue adapting to future shifts in the behavioral health industry.

When SJBHR was a stand-alone agency, it seldom examined its productivity and did not focus on growth. It relied heavily on state funding and did not look at what the next day might bring. Imperium changed those short-sighted views, which I believe was essential to SJBHR...Thanks to Inperium’s training and unwavering support, our team has emerged stronger and more capable than ever.
