Process and steps

1
Access to Financial Support

Abraxas needed a partner to help fund the growth of their services in response to increasing demand.

2
Joining the Constellation

As an Inperium affiliate, Abraxas benefited from shared administrative services and collective expertise, resulting in cost savings and streamlined operations.

3
Increased Revenue and Reduced Costs

With Inperium's support, Abraxas grew revenue and reduced operating expenses, allowing for more effective service delivery.

4
Significant Growth

Since affiliating with Inperium, Abraxas has expanded its programs and services, including opening new facilities across multiple states.

Results

Since affiliating with Inperium in 2021, Abraxas has experienced significant growth. Revenue increased 58%, from $71 million in 2021 to $112 million in 2025, and the organization has expanded its programs to better serve vulnerable populations across seven states.

Abraxas is now in a strong position to further grow its impact and expand into new markets—including a recent facility addition in Vermont—to offer more comprehensive services that meet the growing needs of youth and families.

Despite the scale of change required to align with Apis support functions, the Abraxas and Apis teams executed effectively and with discipline. Most importantly, this transition occurred with little to no operational disruption—an outcome that reflects strong leadership and organizational resilience.
